Accessibility Cloud AB is a scale-up (it means we are officially no longer a start-up). Our roots are in Sweden, but our market is truly global with most of customers spread all around Europe.

We are looking for a driven and fun-to-work-with Sales & Business Development Manager, who is experienced in the sales process of accessibility testing solutions / services to help us grow our impact globally.

What you will do

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base across public and private sectors.
  • Become knowledgeable about our products and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product team to shape our products by customer / market feedback.
  • Represent Accessibility Cloud at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, or accessibility-related sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Passion for accessibility, inclusion, and social impact.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • If you are not living in Sweden, we cannot legally employ you. Instead, we will treat you as FTE and expect you to invoice us every month.
